The Bayshore Gateway Triangle CRA and the Bayshore Beautification MSTU are funding a study to evaluate the conditions along the Bayshore Corridor from US41 to the southern terminus of Bayshore Drive. The study is evaluating current traffic flow as well as future travel forecasting to 2045. The analysis will be used to determine potential changes to the corridor to improve pedestrian and bicycle safety while maintaining capacity for the corridor and the transportation system. On August 16, 2022 Community Forum was held with area residents, business owners and property owners to discuss the analysis and to review four conceptual designs based on the results of the data collected by the consultants.
