a. Legal Name:  Bayshore/Gateway Triangle Community Redevelopment Agency

b. Public Purpose:  The purpose of the CRA is to undertake and implement improvements as provided for in the Act and the adopted Redevelopment Plan; to promote and create favorable conditions for the development, redevelopment and revitalization of the area of operation of the CRA; and to receive input from its Advisory Boards, authorized by the Resolution No. 2000-83, who adhere to separate bylaws adopted specifically for their purposes, and serve to represent the component areas of operation of the CRA.
